About Monica
Monica Navascues is a VP-level People & Culture leader with over 17 years of progressive HR leadership experience across multi-sector, growth-oriented organizations in North America and globally. She partners with executive teams to connect people strategy directly to revenue, aligning workforce planning, organizational design, leadership capability, and culture to measurable business performance and sustainable growth.
Monica is known for bringing clarity and structure during periods of scale and transformation. She has led enterprise talent strategies, succession planning, performance and compensation frameworks, and complex organizational change initiatives that elevate both operational results and employee experience. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, she strengthens executive effectiveness through thoughtful coaching and disciplined workforce strategy.
She is an ICF-ACC certified executive coach, Prosci change management certified, holds a Master's degree in International Business, and is a CHRL. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Monica brings strong multicultural sensitivity and is a committed advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership practices across global and cross-border teams.
Based in Canada, she brings extensive experience supporting U.S., Latam, and EU and international workforces in matrixed environments.
